With HYROX Teams and our updated HYROX Ready training plans, FIIT is now tailor-made to get you to the finish line fitter, faster and stronger than ever.
Join Team HYROX on FIIT to get race-ready
HYROX is a series of fitness racing that’s taking the world by storm, from London to Sydney, Glasgow to Incheon (it’s in South Korea). The race itself alternates 1km run intervals with functional workout stations for a full-body test of strength and endurance.
If you’ve ever completed one, or simply been tempted to give one a try, you can now join the new HYROX Team on FIIT to connect with like-minded athletes.
As part of the Team, you can join scheduled HYROX Compete classes, workouts that replicate the demands of the real thing, combining sprints on the treadmill or rower with functional exercises so you can practise the movements you’ll need to nail on the day.
Originally these were only available on the HYROX Ready plans. We’ve now made them accessible for all, along with any other classes the HYROX community adds to the schedule.
Via the HYROX Team dashboard you can now view your progress on the Team Leaderboard to see how you stack up against other HYROX athletes, and give your fellow team members kudos when they complete a workout.
We believe this new HYROX Team feature celebrates everything that makes HYROX so addictive: camaraderie, community, competition and fun – by the truck load.
Embrace the buzz of race day
With HYROX Compete classes, all you need is a treadmill, rower and pair of dumbbells to bring the buzz of race day home, to your gym or on your travels.
To get the full tracking experience, including rep counting and calories burned you’ll need a FIIT Tracker, which you can buy via the FIIT Shop.
If you’re new to FIIT, you can join any group class scheduled by the FIIT community for free. No credit card required. No subscription necessary. Think of it like a studio timetable – but one that will always have a space reserved just for you.
If you’re already signed up to FIIT, you’re in charge. You can pick the class and schedule it for everyone in the Team – a great tool to get everyone working out together.
Start a HYROX Ready training plan
Ready to take your race prep to the next level? We’ve just updated our original HYROX Ready training plans, designed by our elite team of FIIT trainers, to make the most of our new connected Tread and Row classes.
HYROX Ready is an eight-week training plan split into two four-week blocks.
– Block 1 will help you drill all the movement patterns required on the day.
– Block 2 will give you the competitive edge to thrive in race conditions.
– Combined, Block 1 + 2 will supercharge your performance in just eight weeks.
