Some of you have been asking for more nutrition advice to complement your Fiit training. So we’re super excited to have London-based nutritionist Jenna Hope join the team to guide you through what to eat for maximum results, and share her favourite recipes.
Jenna has a Masters (MSc) degree in Nutrition and a first class Honours degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Exercise, as well as being registered with the Association For Nutrition.
In short, she brings her expertise to make mealtimes delicious and easy while you work through our 6 week training plans.
