To strike the perfect balance, you’ll burn fat and build muscle with strength and cardio classes, then recover right with yoga and mobility flows. That includes:

• All levels 25 and 40 minute classes
• Cardio, strength and mobility training
• Bodyweight and dumbbell workouts
