It's all about strength. Push Pull is an 8-week plan made up of two 4-week blocks, designed to build muscle and perfect performance with dumbbell workouts.

In Push Pull 1, you'll target individual muscles with progressive overload. Master functional moves and technique, improve muscular endurance and posture, and experience the benefits of hypertrophy training.
