The final Stage of Fiit Mum puts everything you’ve learned into practice. This is your chance to up the ante with more challenging strength, cardio and Pilates classes. By the end, you’ll have all the tools and knowledge to take on future workouts, as well as everyday life as a new mum. Remember to track your stats, so you can celebrate your progress. You’ll need a 9inch Pilates ball, a medium resistance short loop band, a medium resistance theraband and a pair of medium dumbbells.
