Once you’ve mastered Stages 1 and 2, it’s time to pick up the pace in all three studios. Dust off your dumbbells and get ready to challenge your core strength, balance and stability. All classes have been designed to improve your mobility and boost your energy levels. So notice how you’re feeling at the end of each week. You’ll need a 9inch Pilates ball, a medium resistance short loop band, a medium resistance theraband and a pair of medium dumbbells.
