Building on the foundations of Stage 1, we’re introducing light resistance to your workouts. Strap on your Fiit device to see live stats in class and track your progress from start to finish. Remember, you can always retake Stage 1 if you’re not ready to level up. All bodies are different, so go at your own pace. You’ll need a 9inch Pilates ball, a medium resistance short loop band and a medium resistance theraband.
