Your fitness journey starts here. We recommend you work chronologically through each stage of the plan to maximise your recovery.

The focus for stage 1 is on healing and restoring your body through yoga, Pilates and low impact strength classes. Whether you’ve had a natural or abdominal birth, you’ll rebuild your core, pelvic floor and transverse abdominals. While using the breath to calm the mind and relax your nervous system. You’ll need a 9inch Pilates ball, a medium resistance short loop band and a medium resistance theraband.
