Outlast Pro 3 is the third and final 4-week block that uses everything you learnt from blocks 1 and 2, and takes you to the next level. Master advanced, technical movements. Start training and thinking like an athlete. And get used to working at higher intensities for longer intervals. This is where tough gets tougher.
