What’s included with membership?

600+ classes and 20+ training plans with world-class trainers, whenever you want. Connect with a fitness tracker (available in our shop or connect with your own bluetooth-enabled HR tracker) to see your live stats, track progress and connect to the leaderboard in group workouts. You can also join challenges to stay accountable and keep levelling up! (You don't need a fitness tracker to get started.)

What types of classes are on the app?

Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, improve cardio fitness or perfect your downward dog, we have hundreds of classes from entry level to advanced. Membership gives you unlimited access to HIIT, strength training, equipment classes, yoga, pilates, mobility sessions — and even breathwork! Enjoy a bit of healthy competition? There are group workouts with live leaderboards scheduled 60 times a day, and you can even create private classes with your friends.

How much does it cost?

Your trial period is totally free! After that you can choose to pay monthly (£20), quarterly (£45) or yearly (£120). After your free trial ends, you'll be charged for your chosen membership. You'll receive an email 48 hours before payment is taken. Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel, and you can cancel anytime

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone (iPhone or Android). Ideally you need a fitness mat, especially for yoga and floor exercises. There are classes with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, but also hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don't have equipment. If you have an Apple Watch, MyZone, Polar or Wahoo heart rate tracker, you can see your stats live and progress.
