01

What's included with membership?

700+ on demand classes and 20+ training plans with world-class trainers. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, improve flexibility or general fitness — you’ll find classes from entry level to advanced, so you can keep levelling up. The Fiit Tracker is available to buy separately.

02

What type of classes are on the app?

HIIT, strength training, dumbbell and kettlebell classes, yoga, pilates, mobility, breathwork and more. If you want structured training to hit specific goals, we have training plans to get you there.

03

How much does it cost?

Your trial period is totally free! After that you can choose to pay monthly ($20/month) or yearly ($120 upfront, equal to $12/month). After your free trial ends, you'll be charged for your chosen membership. You'll receive an email 72 hours before payment is taken. Subscription renews automatically unless you choose to cancel.

04

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space. You can download Fiit on Xfinity, or on your iPhone or Android phone. Ideally you'll have a fitness mat, especially for floor exercises, but it's not essential. There are classes with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, but also hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don't have equipment. If you have a Fiit Tracker, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Galaxy Watch, MyZone or Polar heart rate tracker, you can see your live stats and track progress. Head to help.fiit.tv to see full list of compatible trackers.

05

How do I cancel?

If you joined via the website, contact [email protected] to cancel your membership. You can cancel anytime and your membership will end on the next renewal date.
