What's included with membership?

Access to 30+ training plans with world-class trainers. If you select one of our UNLIMITED subscriptions you'll also unlock 1000+ on demand mat and connected machine workouts, new workouts and competition classes released every week. Stats tracking included when you connect with a fitness tracker — the Fiit Tracker is available to buy separately via https://shop.fiit.tv.


What type of classes are on the app?

HIIT, strength training, equipment classes, yoga, pilates, breathwork and more. Group workouts with live leaderboards scheduled 60 times daily, and you can even create group classes with your friends.


How much does it cost?

All subscription options start with a free trial of Unlimited. After that, you can choose to pay for Only Plans (£7.99/month), Unlimited Monthly (£19.99/month) or Unlimited Yearly (£9.99/month) . Once this free trial ends you’ll be charged for the membership option you selected when you joined. You'll receive an email 48 hours before payment is taken. Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime.


What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone (iPhone or Android). Ideally you need a fitness mat, especially for yoga and floor exercises. There are classes with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, but also hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don’t have equipment. If you have an Apple Watch, MyZone, Polar or Wahoo heart rate tracker, you can see your stats live and progress.
