What types of workouts are on the app?

HIIT, strength training, equipment classes, yoga, pilates, breathwork and more. Group workouts with live leaderboards scheduled 60 times daily, and you can even create group classes with your friends.


What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space. Ideally you need a fitness mat, especially for yoga and floor exercises. There are classes with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, but also hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don’t have equipment. If you have one of 25+ compatible devices, including Apple Watch, MyZone, Polar or Fitbit, you can see your stats live and progress.
