How do I redeem my offer?

What types of workouts are on the app?

AssaultBike and Assault Runner workouts, dumbbell and kettlebell classes, bodyweight workouts, HIIT, strength training, Pilates, functional movement, yoga and recovery sessions. Workouts range from 10, 25, 40 and 60 minutes. You can even create group sessions with friends and compete on the leaderboard.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone (iPhone or Android). Ideally you’ll have a fitness mat. There are classes with dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don't have equipment. For our air bike and tread workouts you’ll need access to an air bike or tread, specifically an AssaultBike or Assault Runner Pro or Elite for the full connected experience. Fiit is compatible with 25+ heart rate monitors so you can see BPM and calorie burn. Connect with the Fiit Tracker (available to buy separately) or a Wahoo Tickr X to track your reps and compete on live leaderboards.
