What is Fiit?

Fiit is a fitness app that gives you instant access to workouts through your phone or tablet. Choose from 3 studios: Cardio, Strength and Rebalance. Classes are 25 or 40 minutes, from entry level through to advanced. Plus, you can connect Fiit to your TV via HDMI cable or AppleTV.

How do I get a 30 days free membership?

Do I need to pay anything?

Nope. You'll get free access to Fiit totally free for 30 days. You don’t need to enter card details or start a subscription. It’s just 30 days on us.

What type of classes are on the app?

Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, improve cardio fitness or perfect your downward dog, we have hundreds of classes from entry level to advanced, including: HIIT, strength training, equipment classes, yoga, pilates, mobility sessions — and even breathwork!

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone (iPhone or Android). Ideally you need a fitness mat, especially for yoga and floor exercises. There are classes with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, but also hundreds of bodyweight classes if you don't have equipment.
