What do you get when you combine HIIT with martial arts, kickboxing and Muay Thai?
Introducing a brand new style of class and our newest trainer — the one and only Jamie Ray aka @jayrayfitness.
As a professional dancer, Jamie spent 9 years performing in the West End, touring in musicals worldwide and supporting performers such as Alexandra Burke and Mel C.
So, how did he go from stage to boxing ring?
After getting a taste for the sport in gyms around the UK while he was touring, Jamie travelled to Thailand — the home of Muay Thai. There, he trained with martial arts masters (and won his first fight!)
Returning home, Jamie combined his knowledge of dance, yoga, HIIT and martial arts to create a new hybrid class — Combat Cardio. And, to the delight of his dedicated followers, you can now train with him anytime exclusively on Fiit.
Expect high-energy classes with a difference. New moves will challenge your mind and body. Master the basics, then pick up the pace as you progress through the levels.
Punch, kick and sweat your way through relentless workouts. It’s fun. It’s fast. And Jamie keeps you motivated all the way! He says:
“Stay open to new ways of moving. Muay Thai is like a dance and it uses the whole body. Take my classes and you’ll learn a whole new dictionary of movement.”
We like the sound of that.
Tune in on Monday 17th December when we’ll be releasing Jamie’s classes into the app.
Until then, here’s a sneak peak of Jamie in action.
