b) any consequential or incidental losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and not reasonably foreseeable by us and you at the time of entering into these terms and conditions.

Fiit.tv and its affiliates do not exclude or limit in any way its liability for:

Starting on 4th June, the Summer Burrrn challenges you to complete 4 Fiit classes every week for 6 weeks to get fit and healthy for summer. We know that creating healthy habits is the secret to long-term success, and this challenge is designed to help you build solid foundations to see and feel the benefits now and into the future.

So how will healthy habits improve your fitness?

Habits are choices we make deliberately before they become unconscious patterns, resulting in automatic behaviour. It’s a natural consequence of our neurology. You can create patterns in whichever way you choose and, with the right habits, your potential is limitless.

The good news is, creating new habits is easier than you might think.

According to scientists, our brains are constantly looking for ways to work more efficiently and so form habits to reduce the level of effort in decision-making and divert focus to other tasks. So unless you deliberately fight a habit, the pattern will unfold automatically.


The Summer Burrrn challenge is designed to kickstart healthy habits that will improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. The Challenge Benchmark class is the first and last class you take, and will measure your progress when you complete the challenge. Every week we recommend 4 classes to suit your fitness level, but if you’d prefer to do other classes in the app that’s fine too! The main thing is you that you complete 24 classes in 6 weeks.

Mix it up with 25 and 40 minute classes from our Cardio, Strength and Rebalance studios, for the ultimate balanced workout — and see how quickly you form new fitness habits. And get results! Whatever your level, you’ll be part of a super-motivating community to keep you on track.
